We accept Paypal, Google Checkout, Money Orders, Personal and Troop Checks. We ask that your payment arrive within 7 business days of your purchase. Payments made using Personal and Troop Checks will be held for several days for clearing.
We ask that you allow 2 business days for your SWAPS Kits to ship. Most times we are able to ship the next day but do ask for 2 days in case of an unforeseen problem. Large orders and during peak periods (such as Thinking Day) will require additional processing time. Since we are a family business all of our kits are created by us and we may experience a backlog now and then.

Shipping charges are estimated by weight and sometimes we are a little off. If we have charged you more than $1.00 over the actual charge we will refund the difference back to you. We love to use the new USPS Flat Rate Priority Boxes for heavy orders (such as the Beach in a Bag SWAPS). We use them as much as possible IF it benefits you. Again, we would refund the savings back to you.
Return Policy: Custom kits may not be returned. If we've made an error in personalization we will correct and replace. Returns on other items are accepted so long as they are unopened. Restocking fees may apply and return shipping is not reimbursed.
