Pre-cut booklet covers and backs (printed on card stock) plus 4 pages (regular copy paper ready for you to trim), safety pins, instructions plus a completed sample are included. The back cover even has a nice graphic of the world for tracking and plotting your course. You will need to have a stapler, scissors and a hole punch on hand to complete these swaps.
