Supplies needed to create 15 ea. Mini Fun Pom-Pom Pal with Top Hat SWAPS are included. All you need is the glue. Hot glue works best but craft glue will also work (remember to add drying time). You will receive 15 ea. precut foam bases in assorted colors, pom-poms in assorted colors, plastic top hats, wiggle eyes, and pin backs needed to complete 15 Mini Fun Pom-Pom Pal with Top Hat SWAPS. Also included are instructions and one completed sample. Completed size is about 1-1/2" across and 1-1/2" high.
